Noise Pollution in Salem

Recently a group (Salem Committee on Noise Pollution) was formed to study and make recommendations concerning noise pollution in the city. Specific issues are motorcycles, trucks, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Consitioning) units on buildings (sic)

The issue will be taken up at the City Council's Community and Economic Development Committee meeting scheduled for April 4th, 2002 at 6pm
